  • This position provides counsel regarding the relevant U.S. federal and state and foreign tax implications and planning opportunities relating to Air Products’ businesses.
  • The position will focus on both U.S. and foreign business operations, leading teams in identifying, developing, and driving tax planning transactions.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a large law firm or Big 4 accounting firm
  • Proven experience in tax department of multinational corporation
  • J.D. required
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Strong understanding of U.S. international tax rules
