Job Summary
This position provides counsel regarding the relevant U.S. federal and state and foreign tax implications and planning opportunities relating to Air Products’ businesses.
The position will focus on both U.S. and foreign business operations, leading teams in identifying, developing, and driving tax planning transactions.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in a large law firm or Big 4 accounting firm
Proven experience in tax department of multinational corporation
J.D. required
Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance preferred
Strong understanding of U.S. international tax rules
