The primary purpose of this role is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephones, limited to clerical duties in the reception/administrative area.
Essential duties include providing administrative support, managing visitor check-ins, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system, with previous receptionist experience being preferred.
