This position is responsible for capital equipment repair and preventative maintenance and ensures the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment.
Manages outside contractors performing services including building and fire alarm, air conditioning, janitorial, electrical, plumbing, and hazardous material removal.

Key Requirements

15+ years industrial maintenance experience

Experience with regulatory and environmental compliance
