The Wilmington Convention Center is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to oversee and solicit catering business, manage event logistics, and enhance the catering menu. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in event or catering sales, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to hospitality

Job Summary

  • The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting catering business for the Wilmington Convention Center, developing food and beverage proposals, updating and enhancing the catering menu, preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s), and communicating client requirements clearly and accurately to the Food & Beverage team and other internal departments to support successful event execution and a strong guest experience.
