Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid Washington Phlebotomy License or application filed
  • Reliable transportation with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
  • Minimum age of 21 years or older

Nice-to-have

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work overtime and rotating Saturdays

Key Requirements

  • Valid Washington-issued Phlebotomy License
  • 1+ years phlebotomy experience (Preferred)
  • 2+ years geriatric phlebotomy experience (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
