Job Summary

  • The Engineering Technician is responsible for on-site supervision and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) inspection to ensure contractors execute the work in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, approved method statements, relevant codes and standards, and project timelines.
  • This role supports fast-track project delivery and ensures technical compliance across Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines.
  • Supervise installation of HVAC, chiller, cooling tower, hydraulic and fire protection systems.

Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ experience as Technician/ Site Supervisor/ Inspector
  • Strong understanding of Civil, M&E services
  • Familiarity with Thai construction & safety regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
  • Willing and able to travel to provincial areas
  • Understand and review English language construction documents
