Must-have
CNC and manual mill/lathe experience
layout, setup, operating, tool adjustments
reading blueprints and process sheets
writing and proving out CNC programs
dimensional inspections and interpretation
using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators
Nice-to-have
flexible, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a team environment
PC skills are a plus
lift truck experience a plus
Key Requirements
4+ years CNC and manual mill/lathe experience
High School/GED required
Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 lbs
Experience with stainless steels and high-temperature alloys
