Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and injection molding
  • Experience in scientific molding, RJG/decoupled molding or similar methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to train and mentor employees individually and in groups
  • Experience in high volume, high product variety, and multiple shift environments
  • Advanced English (Written – Spoken)
