Job Summary

• Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).
• Responsibilities include performing routine assessments, day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, painting, and housekeeping for assigned properties.
