  • Performs intermediate level tasks that ensure a safe and comfortable environment, uninterrupted operations of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, mechanical and utilities systems and equipment, and indoor air quality.
  • Responds to emergency situations, such as electrical, mechanical and medical gas disruptions, evaluates and corrects these problems.
