Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years consumer product design experience
  • 2+ years XR VR AR spatial interface design
  • Proven leadership of mid-to-senior designer teams
  • Deep understanding of 3D environments and spatial ergonomics
  • Expertise in user-centered design and rapid prototyping

Nice-to-have

  • Passion for innovation and experimentation
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Experience with DesignOps and shared tool evolution
  • Championing accessibility and inclusivity in immersive tech

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years designing consumer products or platforms
  • At least 2 years exploring XR/VR/AR interfaces
  • Experience guiding or managing teams of mid-to-senior designers
