Job Summary

  • Execute and drive People and Culture best practices in your assigned population, integrating Exponential Organization (ExO) model guidelines to strengthen an agile, innovative, autonomous, and data-driven culture.
  • Provide technical, administrative, and strategic advice to leaders and teams to ensure efficient talent processes, meaningful employee experiences, and personnel management focused on PTM and ExO attributes.
  • Implement ExO attributes in your assigned population, promoting practices of autonomy, agility, data-driven decision-making, digital tool usage, rapid experimentation, and continuous learning.
