Job Summary
Execute and drive People and Culture best practices in your assigned population, integrating Exponential Organization (ExO) model guidelines to strengthen an agile, innovative, autonomous, and data-driven culture.
Provide technical, administrative, and strategic advice to leaders and teams to ensure efficient talent processes, meaningful employee experiences, and personnel management focused on PTM and ExO attributes.
Implement ExO attributes in your assigned population, promoting practices of autonomy, agility, data-driven decision-making, digital tool usage, rapid experimentation, and continuous learning.
