Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years FP&A experience in MNC Captive Shared Services
5+ years Supply Chain Finance in manufacturing
SAP ERP knowledge and advanced data analytics tools
Standard costing calculation and inventory optimization
Monthly Operating Review (MOR) pack preparation
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma or Lean training certification
Experience in Pharma or lab supplies industry
Strong transformation mindset and change management
Ability to mentor new team members effectively
Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, Power BI
Key Requirements
Master's degree in accounting or finance (CA/ICWAI/CPA/MBA)
Minimum 6 years of Finance experience preferably in FP&A
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance
Prior working experience in MNC Captive Shared Services Organizations
Working experience in manufacturing and warehouse environment
