Job Summary

• Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Executive Director, coordinating and governing all key objectives through the oneRTX Supply Chain Control Tower.
• Oversee and manage the governance framework for the oneRTX Supply Chain Control Tower, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon to facilitate collaboration and drive synergies within the oneRTX Supply Chain organization.

Key Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields and minimum 10 years relevant experience OR Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years experience OR 14 years relevant experience
• 6+ years progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, operations, or related field
• 3+ years in a leadership or governance role
• Skilled in managing complex projects
• Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Effective communication and collaboration
• Experienced in handling high-pressure situations, multitasking, and meeting strict deadlines
• U.S. citizenship is required
