  • As a Patient Access Representative, you are responsible for registering, scheduling and preregistering patients for inpatient, emergency and outpatient tests and procedures, educating patients regarding their benefit levels, and collecting and recording payments prior to, or at the time of, service.
  • You will work face-to-face with diverse populations of patients to ensure a seamless model of access for patients, physicians and family members and leave a positive, lasting impression.
  • A caregiver who excels in this role will: Provide a comprehensive set of business and financial related services during the patient access process on the day the patient arrives at the facility to receive service.
