Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership and in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policies.
• You will accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications, verify resident identity, and promptly report any medication errors or adverse reactions to nursing supervisors.
• This role requires maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information, participating in quality assurance and facility committees, and cooperating with authorized government inspections.
