Base: $120,000-$160,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development
Experience managing OEM partnerships or technology collaborations
Knowledge of flow cytometry workflows, multi-parameter panel design and dye applications
Experience working in regulated clinical or diagnostic environments (e.g., IVD, CE-IVD, IVDR)
