The successful candidate will actively contribute to developing new capital structuring solutions while ensuring alignment with OMERS' global regulatory requirements.

Must-have
M&A experience in infrastructure sector
Fund formation and co-investment expertise
Negotiating operative legal documents
Reviewing marketing and due diligence materials
Knowledge of US and UK securities laws

Experience with single-asset and multi-asset CVs
Strong commercial judgement and business acumen
Ability to work autonomously on global teams
Intellectually curious team player attitude
Key Requirements
Law degree from a recognized university
Trained and qualified in UK or US law
Minimum 6 years legal experience at firm or in-house
Working knowledge of EU, Australia, and Singapore securities laws
