Job Summary
Responsible to manage all activities related for getting Contracts to execute maintenance activities into the Maintenance Department through contractor.
Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the refinery.
Ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum 10+ years’ experience of Contracting
Fluent in writing and reading English
Good knowledge of SAP system
Strong understanding of supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes
Strong understanding of Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget
Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management
