Job Summary
The Associate Director of Sales Compensation will be responsible for creating, maintaining, administering and communicating sales incentive programs.
This role will partner closely with the Sales Management and Strategy and Finance teams to ensure that the sales incentive programs support the organization’s sales goals.
Employees who meet benefit eligibility guidelines and work 30 hours or more weekly, have the ability to enroll in Group 1001’s benefits package.
