Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator.
• The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring while ensuring safety and comfort throughout the shift.
