Job Summary

• Is responsible to effectively plan, direct and coordinate all manufacturing and related service departments to achieve efficient and economical manufacturing to conform with established Division objectives and goals.
• Maintain close supervision over all plant operations through management reports, staff meetings and personal observations to assure coordination and integration of work flow, timely production, budgetary conformance, schedules, and proper utilization of personnel, equipment and facility.
• Assures compliance programs in the Plants Environmental Safety and Quality Systems and Quality Systems are instituted and followed.
