Job Summary

  • The SHE Training Specialist manages the comprehensive Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training portfolio across AstraZeneca COO sites, ensuring compliant, role-based curricula with timely refresher cycles while aligning with regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • This role serves as the technical owner of the Learning Management System (LMS) for SHE, leads onboarding programs, develops training content, governs vendor contracts and relations, and drives continuous improvement through data analytics and innovative learning technologies including AI-enabled solutions.
  • In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions, balancing the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility.
