The Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist is a key member of the EMEA & APAC Sourcing Hub, responsible for supporting sourcing and recruitment activities across Smith+Nephew GBS Services.
The role is responsible for designing and executing advanced sourcing strategies across the APAC and EMEA regions in alignment with business priorities.
The ideal candidate holds an MBA/PGDM or a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field, with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist.
