Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum two years of healthcare accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex formulas

Ability to interpret complex financial data

Masters Degree or CPA certification preferred
Experience with Lawson, Epic, or Strata software
Knowledge of CCPN physician practice finance
SQL knowledge preferred but not required

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
2+ years of accounting experience specifically in Healthcare
CPA certification or partial passing considered as alternative
Proficiency in computer spreadsheet applications including graphing
Fundamental knowledge of business software to be learned within 90 days
