Base: $141,000 - $206,800; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401(k) and health coverage
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
3+ years industry experience with Ph.D.
Python development for production applications
Docker and Kubernetes deployment experience
Lab automation platform integration skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with LLMs and agent frameworks
Familiarity with biologics discovery instrumentation
Curiosity about emerging AI technologies
Strong collaboration across engineering teams
