This role partners with EGMs across the Retail Bank and reports to the General Manager RBS HR, collaborating with key HR teams to design and implement people strategies that respond to evolving business contexts.
The position focuses on driving measurable people, customer, and business outcomes while increasing employee and business performance and engaging a diverse workforce.
