Job Summary

  • The Senior Contracts Analyst acts as a technical specialist and strategic reference in contract management, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and decisive support to business areas throughout the contractual lifecycle.
  • Responsible for interpreting, negotiating, and guiding critical decisions, influencing contractual, operational, and financial outcomes that impact the business.
  • This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating complex national and international contracts, including technical, commercial, and legal terms, and acting in addenda, NDAs, MoUs, supply agreements, service agreements, CRA, and other instruments.
