Salary
Base: $17.30-$25.38 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and overtime pay available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, 10 days holidays

Must-have
Mixing chemicals with specific parameters
Milling carbon fiber through knife mill
Operating planetary ball mill
Visual inspection for product quality
Completing documentation reports and work orders
5S cleaning of equipment
Nice-to-have
Experience with 5S area organization
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Adherence to safety and quality requirements
Key Requirements
High school graduate education required
Associate's degree preferred but not required
3 years Integer experience or 5 years regulated industry experience
