Job Summary

  • The Governance and Service Management Global Lead is responsible for managing the Global Business Services (GBS) relationship with the Managed service provider and contract governance.
  • This role leads change order governance, contract updates, and negotiations with MSP leadership, while also coordinating governance structures and managing performance metrics.
  • The position owns the interaction with key Caterpillar segment stakeholders, conducts GBS Analytics and Operations reviews, and serves as the Finance@work (ServiceNow) Product Owner.
