The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest quality of care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The role involves administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The LPN participates in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and continuing education to ensure professional standards and resident care needs are met effectively.
