Job Summary

• The Senior Manager will lead strategic process transformation initiatives, moving beyond optimization to redesign how platforms and channels operate, delivering scalable, future-ready solutions across Personal and Business Banking.
• Partner with leaders and teams across the enterprise to influence strategy, align priorities, and co-create innovative solutions that advance the bank’s transformation agenda and build the Bank of the Future.
