Ensure that the material shipments of all product groups ordered by the sales teams are shipped at the right time, right quantity and right price in accordance with the procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders in the system, provide up‑to‑date status information, and resolve all requests received through communication channels in line with defined KPIs.

Key Requirements

Experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Proficient in MS Office programs
At least intermediate level of English and fluent Turkish
