Job Summary
Facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for Contact Center domain capabilities and products, partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams to support Cigna’s strategic goals.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to initiate new business initiatives, define product needs, resolve escalations, and onboard new initiatives.
Maintain and refine the product backlog, provide analysis and design support for scrum teams, and define the product vision and roadmap while advocating for user needs.
