  • Facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for Contact Center domain capabilities and products, partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams to support Cigna’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to initiate new business initiatives, define product needs, resolve escalations, and onboard new initiatives.
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog, provide analysis and design support for scrum teams, and define the product vision and roadmap while advocating for user needs.
