Test compression and pattern optimization
DFT signoff including coverage, IR drop
Silicon bring-up, failure analysis, yield ramp
Logic BIST (LBIST), Memory BIST (MBIST)
Nice-to-have
High-volume production test experience
Safety-critical applications exposure
On-chip debug and trace features
Scripting for DFT automation
Mentoring junior DFT engineers
Key Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in DFT methodologies
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
