Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-4 years professional accounting experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
Full financial close cycle execution

Multifamily and retail property accounting experience
Familiarity with MRI or Yardi software
Experience coordinating internal and external audits
Ability to handle ambiguity and make sound decisions
