Job Summary

Responsible for providing professional nursing care to Hospice Services patients, identifying patient/family needs, and providing supportive care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
Collaborate with physicians and the Interdisciplinary Group to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, focusing on pain control, symptom management, and patient/family education throughout the dying process.
