Whg UK is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Prescribing Manager to lead services that improve the well-being of vulnerable customers in Walsall. The role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on social justice and health inequalities

Job Summary

  • Lead impactful services and deliver successful programmes that support vulnerable customers to improve their wellbeing, sustain their tenancies and achieve better life outcomes.
  • This role will also lead and manage whg’s ACE in Asthma Programme and whg’s Young Persons Accommodation programme.
