Job Summary

  • Manage a team of two or more accountants and oversee the Payroll Accounting process, including monthly financial close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, focusing on process improvement and alignment across Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to drive accuracy and efficiency.
  • This is a hybrid role eligible candidates must reside near an RTX hub in Hartford/Farmington CT, Tucson AZ, Richardson TX, or Cedar Rapids IA.

  • U.S. Person status required
