Job Summary

  • The job holder is responsible to assist for all HR functional/operation areas in a timely and constructive manner, to provide HR related Operation support.
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations, managing end-to-end recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews and pre-screening candidate resumes.
  • Coordinate and manage statutory and local training programs, organize Employee Assistance Program (EAP) initiatives, well-being events, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) activities.
