  • Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
  • Assist the nursing department with training of Restorative Aides and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
  • Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and participate in discharge planning.
