We're seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of some of our key People & Culture projects.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure payroll related projects are well-coordinated, on track and supported by robust project documentation and reporting.

Coordinate project meetings
Track project progress, risks, issues
Produce weekly project status reports
Maintain accurate project documents
Work in the payroll domain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities

Support delivery of People & Culture projects
Work with cross-functional stakeholders
Support audits and reviews
Act as a central point of contact for project communications
Key Requirements
Experience coordinating projects or providing project administration support
Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management or a related field is desirable
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Previous exposure to people systems, payroll or HR environments will be highly regarded
