  • Candidates must proactively manage deal closing processes, negotiate facility documentation compliance with LMA/LSTA wording, and ensure accurate reporting in LoanIQ.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve transaction queries, manage amendments, and oversee operational activities like drawdowns and covenants.
