Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and managing communications effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, performance, and compliance.
