This role is a key leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day calibration and troubleshooting activities to ensure assets are managed in compliance with cGMP standards within the new Lilly Medicine Foundry.
The position requires developing initial processes and job plans while ensuring team alignment on safety, quality, and efficiency to support the delivery of novel medicines for clinical trials.

Salary
Base: $33.89 - $49.71 per hour; Bonus: Company bonus available based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, vacation, life insurance, well-being programs

Must-have
5+ years industrial process instrumentation experience
FDA regulated industry background required
Leadership or supervisory role experience
cGMP compliance knowledge
Electrical troubleshooting skills 24VDC to 120VAC
Instrumentation calibration expertise pressure temperature flow level pH
Nice-to-have
CMMS experience with GMARS system
Building maintenance knowledge preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide coaching and feedback
High-level customer service capabilities
Autonomous work style and problem solving
Key Requirements
High School Diploma
5+ years industrial process instrumentation experience
Experience in FDA regulated industry
Leadership or supervisory role experience
Authorized to work in United States full-time
