Key Requirements
Minimum 5-6 years of experience supporting IT/OT systems
Experience in a BioPharma, GxP environment
Experience with virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle)
Experience with application and web server (IIS)
Experience with backup/recovery systems
Experience with cybersecurity endpoint protection applications
Experience with infrastructure tools (Dynatrace, PagerDuty, Splunk)
Excellent Windows and Microsoft Office Suite troubleshooting skills
Experience with Apple device support (MacOS and iOS)
