  • Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment, participating in training, developing, and evaluating hourly team members.
  • Leads Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes, supports launch and pilot activities, and meets or exceeds production cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Promotes safe work practices, achieves objectives for ergonomics, health and safety, and housekeeping, while motivating, training, and developing employees.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any engineering field, or relevant experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Availability to work rotating shifts (4x3 schedule)
  • Intermediate English level
  • Experience in materials or industrial areas
  • Knowledge of minimum and maximum inventory levels (Min/Max)
  • Knowledge of FIFO methodology
  • Knowledge of excess inventory control
