Job Summary
Proactively manage customer relationships and serve as the single point of contact for all queries and issues.
Handle customer transactions related to order management, compliance with terms, and liaise with the business via Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee service quality, resolve claims, and participate in customer meetings to identify improvement areas.
