Job Summary
Provide day-to-day technical support to frontline engineers on starters and optiview control panels, and system-related issues via calls, emails, or Teams chat.
Conduct technical trainings to the service team on various chiller products and operation training to the customer.
Manage internal and external customers during critical escalations, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction with solutions and support provided.
