Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current California OT license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for ADLs
  • Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory requirements

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Proficiency with Net Health documentation system
  • Proficiency with PointClickCare documentation system
  • Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for family communication

Key Requirements

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • CPR certification if required by state regulations
  • Ability to lift/move residents up to 100 lbs with assistance
